New Year New Goals

Happy new year everybody! 
This year me and my sis decided to get fit. Not an original resolution but one we intend to keep. This all stemming from watching a Korean drama called Chuno where the main guy is super fit.

Just about a week ago we started a low carb diet. It has been absolute torture! Sticking to 20 carbs per day for 2 weeks is not as easy as I thought it would be. These days I find that I just stare longingly at food I would used to eat without batting an eyelid.

But anyway I guess now I do feel a bit better generally. This diet kinda forces you to eat healthily I have found. I thought cutting out carbs? No problem!
Apart from this new diet I have also forced myself out of the house to do exercise. My brother likes using the phrase "if you can't, then you must" I tell this to myself whenever the sofa looks too inviting.
